The Practice of Buddha's Teachings
Compact Course for Advanced Practitioners
(20 units)

Boost your efforts - make progress

Discover more of the potential of your consciousness, improve your progress, and thus gradually approach your spiritual goals and inner independence – through profound explanations of the Buddha's teachings by a mahayana master. Basic knowledge is assumed but only right practice in connection with profound insights guarantee progress. Mechanically reciting excludes the essential supramundane intellect and studying texts fill the memory and keep you busy but hardly increase the necessary penetrating power to gain clarity and knowledge for your progress.

The goal is to attain the states of the second jhana close to the third jhana*, stabilize them, and achieve sotapatti**. And learn more about the hidden potentials of your consciousness.
