Introduction (1h) Agenda:
Welcome. Purpose of meditating and concentration? About Meditation and spiritual systems in general. Meditation as part of a life towards higher inner states better than the darwinian style. About humanity in general and about karma. About Yourself: Human structure & subtle components. Short definitions of important components (consciousness, mind, subconscious etc.). Basic understanding of inner mechanics. The 4 Types of meditation in detail and factors for a good practice. At the end: Meditation practice.
